Home Care Aide
Provides non-medical services and assistance to the ill, disabled, or vulnerable individual to enable them to stay in their residence.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows the care plan to assist the client in maintaining a healthful, safe environment
Performs ONLY those functions specified for each individual client on the care plan
Receives written instructions from the Supervisor of Direct Care Services
Has knowledge of Agency policies and procedures
Is oriented and trained in all aspects of services to be provided to clients
Is able to demonstrate competency in all areas of training for client services.
